This site has no accounts, no comments and no database. There is nothing here for you to log in to, and nothing stored against your name because we never learn it.

What the tools send

Nothing. The command builder, the error lookup and the flag filter all run entirely in your browser. The URL you paste into the builder is never transmitted anywhere — it is put into the command shown on screen and into the address bar, and that is the end of it. You can confirm this by opening your browser's network tab and using the builder: there are no requests.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and see which pages people actually reach the bottom of. It runs under Consent Mode v2 and starts denied: until you press Accept on the banner, no analytics cookie is set and no measurement is recorded.

The events recorded, if you accept, are:

page_view — which page, and the referrer that sent you
scroll_depth — how far down a page got read, in quarters
copy_command — that a command was copied, and its first 100 characters
search_query and search_no_result — what was searched for on this site
builder_option_change — which builder options get used
outbound_click — that a link off this site was followed

IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Nothing is sold, no advertising profile is built, and there is no advertising on this site to build one for. You can change your mind at any time with the link in the footer; declining stores a single flag in your browser saying so, and changes nothing else about how the site works.

What your browser stores

One localStorage entry, and only if a cookie banner was shown and answered: your answer to it. It never leaves your device. Clearing site data removes it and the banner comes back.

Server logs

Our host keeps standard web server logs — IP address, timestamp, the URL requested, user agent — for a short period, for security and diagnostics. This is the same record every website on the internet keeps in order to function, and we do not analyse it or connect it to anything else.

Third parties

Fonts are self-hosted, so no request goes to a font CDN. The only third-party request this site can make is to Google Analytics, and only after you accept. Links to GitHub and elsewhere are ordinary links — following one puts you on their site under their policy.
